To provide a central point of access to evidence-based information and high quality, professional support for individuals and groups who wish to leverage the benefits of the low fat, high raw, plant-based (LFHRPB) diet for the prevention and treatment of diet-related chronic disease.

To raise awareness of the health benefits of the low fat, high raw, plant-based (LFHRPB) diet, and to advocate for its provision, further scientific study and widespread adoption in society.
Objectives

To develop an integrated learning and support programme for individuals wishing to leverage the benefits of the low fat, high raw, plant-based diet for their own health recovery, or for that of others they care for or serve.

To develop a certification programme for health professionals that will equip them with the knowledge and skills necessary to offer low fat, high raw, plant-based services in their own spheres of work.

To offer a supporting programme of face-to-face and online events, including residential retreats, lectures and seminars, and an annual interdisciplinary conference.

To offer an additional range of individual and group coaching and mentoring options to provide personalised support for those accessing the above programmes.
